Ruby Blazeheart/Fortuna

Ruby drifted between the city states of Eorzea for some time, supporting herself with various odd jobs. As she became more familiar with the geography of the continent, she also began bounty hunting. During this time she used the name Ruby Blazeheart, the translation of an epithet she had gained after her completion of Bardam's trials. She was eventually recruited to work security at the mob-run casino Fortuna, where she met both her future wife, Kira, and future khani, Ashlyn. When she married Kira, she took the Miqo'te's last name of Bevelle and dropped the last aspect of her name to be tied to her homeland.

After Fortuna and the mob family running it collapsed, with Kira mysteriously profiting in the process, Ruby continued to work as a bounty hunter, initally just for fun and to keep her skills up.
